Roles & Responsibilities :
• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of reputed company disciplines for reputed company-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the reputed company team.
Minimum Qualifications :
• Medical/Surgical Cardiovascular Unit, 38 beds
• No drip titrations. Lab collects blood specimens.
• RNs start IVs but IV team available for additional support.
• No performing EKGs or discontinuing sheaths.
• Telemetry with remote monitoring.
• Ceil Blue scrubs
