Business Analyst, Automation & AI Remote

We are seeking a Business Analyst to reputed company as a strategic reputed company between operations technology and the Internal Efficiency Automation team. This role combines process intelligence and emerging technology reputed company to accelerate automation and AI adoption across reputed company Employer Services Verification Solutions and Housing (EVH). You will independently evaluate opportunities reputed company discovery and prioritization processes and ensure that automation and AI reputed company deliver measurable reputed company. You will report to Experians Application Architect Manager. Qualifications : • 5 years of experience in business analysis process automation AI or digital transformation. • Experience defining and delivering automation or AI-enabled solutions with measurable Return on investment. • Experience with automation and AI technologies including MS Playwright RPA (reputed company Power Automate reputed company) workflow orchestration intelligent document processing and reputed company. • Experience in business case development and financial modeling. • Experience managing reputed company stakeholder environments and influence prioritization reputed company across departments. • Storytelling skillsable to distill technical details into reputed company actionable business narratives. • Experience working reputed company Agile or hybrid delivery models with proficiency in backlog and intake management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. • Prior experience designing or operationalizing automation governance frameworks or intake portals. • Exposure to reputed company-reputed company transformation programs or automation centers of reputed company. • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI Tableau) for tracking automation KPIs. • Certification in business analysis (CBAP) Agile (CSPO / PMI-ACP) or RPA platforms.
