What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive In-home assessments & reassessments Create/update care plans Provide skilled nursing interventions & medication administration Monitor & document client health changes Communicate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare teams Coordinate referrals to healthcare or community resources Maintain accurate documentation per state and agency regulations Participate in caregiver training and in-service programs What You Bring Current Maryland RN license (or multi-state compact license) ❤️ CPR/First Aid Certification Experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Geriatric Nursing preferred Strong assessment & clinical decision-making skills Reliable transportation for home visits ️ Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends Knowledge of infection control and patient safety procedures Our Promise to YouAt ComForCare, you’re not “just another nurse.”You’re respected.
