What You’ll Do (We Train You)
• Communicate with clients, buyers, sellers, and vendors
• Track paperwork, deadlines, and simple checklists
• Update our CRM (GoHighLevel — easy to learn; we train you)
• Manage schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
• Keep digital files organized and accurate
• Support the team with daily admin and customer communication
• Learn the transaction process step-by-step
