Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred. 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong preference for those with insurance defense experience. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, balancing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. Proven ability to draft subpoenas and maintain detailed records of received documents.
