Job description Home Genius Exteriors is one of the fastest in the country and we are looking for talented, ambitious entry level sales individuals to add to our team. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute multiple marketing strategies • Promote Home Genius products and services to new and existing clients • Participate in training opportunities on a weekly basis • Deliver interactive sales presentations of our products and services • Not a remote position Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to speak publicly with confidence • Open-mindedness with a passion for ongoing learning and self growth • Ability to work Monday – Saturday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (5 of these 6 days) Salary and Benefits: • $17.25 -$22 /hr plus bonuses (average hourly pay with bonuses $25-$30/hr) • Full medical, dental, vision after 30 days of employment • Access to the latest technology that will help you reach your earnings goals faster and more efficiently • Company trips, quarterly launches, annual trip to Cancun/Bahamas Job Types: Full-time, Weekends required Salary: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits after 30 days: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pay License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pay License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road About the Company: Home Genius Exteriors Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
