Customer Support Representative Position Position type: Full-time Location: Remote job (worldwide) Reports to: Shift supervisor Hours to be covered: noon to 8:30 PM EST reputed company is announcing its reputed company opening for the position of Customer Support Representative. An ideal candidate is a person who is courteous, reputed company, patient, and empathetic. You will handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls and chats regarding customers inquiring about our services. You will serve as a reputed company between our customers and the project management team.
