Pinterest Strategist & Manager (AI Image Creation + Daily Pin Strategy)

Hi. I run a wavy/curly/coily hair blog and I’m looking for an experienced Pinterest strategist who can take full ownership of the platform, from content direction to visuals to daily pin consistency. This is a long-term role for someone who understands Pinterest deeply, knows how to grow traffic, and can guide the strategy rather than wait for instructions. AI Image Creation (Required) This is essential for my niche. You must be able to create realistic Ai visuals, especially curly/wavy/coily textures using tools like: • ChatGPT image generation • Midjourney • DALL·E 3 • Ideogram • Or similar You should know how to: • Match hair texture accurately • Avoid distorted hands/faces • Create believable lighting and color • Avoid AI text artifacts • Work from reference images If you cannot create realistic textured-hair images, please do not apply. Pinterest SEO & Keyword Research You should be confident in: • Keyword discovery • SEO-driven title and description writing • Topic selection • Trend monitoring • Understanding Pinterest’s search behavior Consistent Daily Pinning: You’ll determine the optimal daily posting volume, but the requirement is: • Minimum 7 fresh pins per day • Designed, optimized, and scheduled inside Pinterest • No skipped days • Consistent, dependable cadence Analytics & Reporting: Weekly and monthly reports including: • Top-performing pins • Top keywords • Audience behavior • What to scale • What to adjust • Action plan for the next cycle I want a strategist who makes data-driven decisions.
