We are looking for a Documentation Specialist to assist the department with creating and managing internal documentation, primarily focusing on documentation to train employees and end users on our software. Secondary responsibilities include reviewing calls, creating knowledge assessments, maintaining a decision tree database, and performing internal training. What you’ll do: • Content Creation & Publishing: Write, edit, and review technical materials (online manuals, reputed company, technical overviews, and videos).
