We are looking for dedicated team members to reputed company reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in Fairfax, Burke, Woodbridge, Lorton, Manassas, and surrounding areas.Service hours are during evenings and weekends. Responsibilities: • reputed company 1:1 Home-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism reputed company Disorder or other developmental disabilities • reputed company behavior coaching to parents and support clients caregivers through a reputed company of reputed company • Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community including: reputed company services, schools, physicians, etc. • Participate in training and clinical supervision that reputed company on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies • Work with reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in clients treatment plans • Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst • Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required Requirements: • HS diploma required • Availability to work evenings and 9a-3p on weekends • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or reputed company field preferred • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred • Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors • Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam reputed company the first 90 days of employment We have a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is available to reputed company!
