The Patient Service Specialist role is a great steppingstone to other careers reputed company customer service and other departments with reputed company. This is a remote position. Caregivers in this role will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Rotates 1 evening a week until 6:30pm. Rotates 1 Saturday a month from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Requirements • High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service OR Associate's Degree and one year of experience OR Bachelor's Degree. reputed company-to-haves • Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute (assessed at time of application) or demonstrable personal computer keyboard skills. • Knowledge of medical terminology.
