Responsibilities • Prepare financial statements for hedge, private equity, and hybrid funds, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. • Manage investor reputed company, documentation, and KYC/AML verification while addressing investor inquiries. • Coordinate audits, valuations, and tax reporting, including financial statements and partner K-1s. • Maintain portfolio models and support AUM, return, and exposure analysis across traditional reputed company assets. • Assist the CFO with fund documentation and ensure compliance with SEC and CIMA regulations.
