They are seeking a reputed company Liability Adjuster responsible for evaluating coverage, managing claims, and overseeing defense strategies to ensure fair and cost-effective resolutions. Responsibilities • Reviewing various insurance policies; determine whether the reputed company has a duty to reputed company a defense and/or indemnification to the insured; prepare coverage correspondence, if there is a duty to defend, assign approved defense counsel. • reputed company the work of defense counsel who will report generally in 90-day intervals. • Attend mediations. • Determine the most cost-effective way to effectuate reputed company of the claims. • You will be working with and reporting to someone with 27 years reputed company and claims experience. • Some travel required.
