About the position
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to reputed company answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Resolve escalated or reputed company calls from customers
• Consult on products with reputed company
• reputed company exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience
Requirements
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
• Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Computer experience
• High-speed internet reputed company (> 25mbps)
