Telecom Drive Tester

Vedanta is expanding its pool of Drive Testers for an exciting, high impact 5G Compliance initiative with one of the nation’s leading telecom operators. If you're passionate about cutting-edge wireless technology, field testing, and network performance optimization, this is your opportunity to contribute to the next phase of 5G expansion across the U.S. Key Responsibilities · Perform RF data collection to support 5G nationwide compliance testing. · Conduct drive tests using industry-standard tools such as TEMS (preferred: TEMS Paragon), NEMO, or similar platforms. · Ensure accurate data logging, equipment setup of UEs and scanners , and reporting in alignment with 5G compliance requirements. · Collaborate with the optimization and engineering teams to validate LTE/5G network performance. · Maintain testing accuracy, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure all drive data meets compliance standards. Requirements · Proven recent experience as a Drive Tester in RF data collection. · Hands-on experience with previous 5G Compliance Drives is not mandatory but preferred. · Proficiency with TEMS, NEMO, or equivalent testing tools. · An understanding of LTE and 5G technologies and related compliance protocols. · Willingness to travel and work in dynamic field environments. · Good sense of direction to be able to follow GPS directions accurately.
