Key Responsibilities
• Provide actuarial consulting and support for combo plans (Defined Benefit + Defined Contribution).
• Work with Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Cash Balance Plans.
• Manage and administer plans for small groups, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
• Enrolled Actuary (EA) designation required.
• Strong experience with combo plans, DB/DC plans, and cash balance plans.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
