Product Owner / Product Manager: AI-Powered Platform

What You'll Do • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our AI-driven adult web platforms (chat + image generation). • Shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and guide the team toward high-impact deliverables. • Stay ahead of AI and NSFW industry trends - making sure we're always two steps ahead of competitors. • Lead agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews) and keep the backlog sharp. • Translate business goals and user needs into actionable dev team tasks. • Propose, launch, and analyze A/B tests to drive growth, retention, and monetization. • Gather feedback from users and turn insights into product improvements. • Ensure compliance with legal, billing, and platform rules - while keeping innovation alive.Track performance with analytics dashboards and AI-specific monitoring. What You Bring • 5+ years leading agile product teams in high-growth environments. • Hands-on experience managing AI-based platforms (bonus: adult content experience). • Strong grasp of software development and AI fundamentals (LLMs, image models, HuggingFace, Replicate, OpenRouter, etc.). • Proven ability to launch products that scale - and to iterate fast when things change. • Experience with marketing and monetization strategies in digital platforms. • Professional-level English communication skills.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
