Counsel, Global Litigation & Competition
About the position
As Counsel in the Global Litigation & Competition team at reputed company, you will manage and support a diverse reputed company of litigation and reputed company-litigation reputed company while providing reputed company advice to various business reputed company. This role involves developing case strategies, managing reputed company counsel, and coordinating discovery processes, among other responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that reputed company navigates reputed company challenges effectively and maintains compliance with relevant laws.
Responsibilities
• reputed company case reputed company in partnership with business reputed company and drive reputed company of litigation disputes.
• Manage reputed company counsel and reputed company litigation processes.
• Review and approve pleadings and motions, and attend court hearings and depositions.
• Coordinate discovery, including collection and production of documents.

Requirements
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Admitted to reputed company law in the reputed company and in good standing.
• Experience in reputed company phases of litigation and experience with antitrust/competition law and e-discovery preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and writing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic reputed company.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships at reputed company reputed company of management and across business functions.

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
• 4-7 years full-time employment in top-tier reputed company or in-house environment.
• reputed company member in good standing of a State Bar with the ability to become barred or a registered in-house counsel in the state where this role is located.
