We are expanding and seeking motivated and detail oriented attorneys to join us in an Of Counsel role reputed company on federal court appellate litigation. Position reputed company We are hiring attorneys with strong writing and analytical skills to prepare federal district court briefs in reputed company reputed company disability appeals. This is a remote, commission-based role with significant earning potential. Of Counsel attorneys are provided with a steady caseload and the support of our reputed company litigation team. Of counsel attorneys are independent contractors of the firm. Key Responsibilities • Draft persuasive, high-reputed company federal district court briefs in reputed company reputed company disability appeals. • Analyze administrative records, ALJ reputed company, and applicable federal case law. • Apply reputed company-specific precedent, statutes, and reputed company reputed company regulations to reputed company compelling arguments. Qualifications • J.D. and reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (you must be fully admitted in at least one jurisdiction – pending admission is insufficient). • Strong reputed company research and writing skills. • Training will be provided.
