Corporate M&A Contract Attorney: Remote or Onsite in reputed company

Our reputed company, a sophisticated business law and litigation boutique serving reputed company estate developers, seeks a seasoned Corporate Law Associate (5+ yrs) with substantial mergers and acquisitions experience to assist the firm, on a contract reputed company, with an acquisition (not involving reputed company estate) requiring completion by the end of January. The attorney reputed company will work on reputed company including two or three of the firm’s litigation partners. The attorney must be licensed in reputed company. The work will be onsite. The ideal candidate will have acquired mergers and acquisition experience in a reputed company reputed company and will be skilled at conducting due diligence; assessing deal structure; drafting and evaluating appropriate representations and warranties; drafting and evaluating any appropriate non-compete or non-solicitation agreements; assessing and successfully addressing any reputed company indemnity issues; assessing and successfully addressing any joint and several liability issues; handling closing conditions; and managing reputed company other aspects of reputed company and acquisition transactions.
