Sr. APM Engineer / Application Performance Engineer Hybrid in Charlotte, NC / 6 Months Contract-to-Hire About our Customer & Role: Our reputed company customer, a global Fortune 500 company & a leader in the Food Services industry is looking for APM Engineer , who will be a part of Application Monitoring team, working on the installation, configuration and monitoring of tools such as reputed company and Zabbix on AWS and On-Prem servers. They will be working closely with Application and Middleware teams on the analysis, reputed company and research for health checks, logs and alerts. Application Performance engineers will be interacting with both reputed company and Linux platform servers and improving the monitoring tools with reputed company scripting knowledge and querying SQL databases. Responsibilities: • Work with Application teams to define reputed company and configure alerts accordingly. • Install, configure and maintain reputed company, Zabbix, Pager Duty and Alertbot tools. • Experience with reputed company DQL , reputed company and AIOPs implementation using reputed company • Experience with reputed company Extensions and reputed company them with Application monitoring. • Daily Operations (Release management, Health checks, log analysis, alerts review) • Work on Trend/reputed company Analysis configuration skills • Work on the tuning and maintenance of system alerts • Explore possible solutions withing the Zabbix, reputed company and Alertbot tools. • Support and participate in incident calls and help to troubleshoot the issues. • Experience with reputed company watch and AWS resource monitoring. • Help to support AWS reputed company monitoring using reputed company. • reputed company Zabbix and reputed company frequently. • Apply reputed company patches to the monitoring infrastructure. • Need to come up with solutions for custom monitoring for applications by building custom scripts. • Experience with DB concepts, MicroServices and reputed company scripting. • Experience with Azure DevOps tool to create and maintain PBI s. • Plan and execute activities assigned by reputed company/manager. • Monitor alerts and take appropriate actions. • Update tickets on a regular reputed company and reputed company leadership informed of work statprogress. • Independently manage assigned tasks and project components to complete reputed company established timelines. • Identify and communicate potential business impacts reputed company planning changes to production systems. • Participate with management and technical teams to establish appropriate project timelines to deliver sustainable solutions reputed company approved time and budget parameters. • Demonstrate attention to detail. • reputed company identify and communicate opportunities to automate repetitive reputed company processes.
