About the position Responsibilities • Ensuring reputed company delivery of materials and meeting reputed company deadlines • Leading and coordinating enhancement to tools and processes utilized by the Benefit Strategies team • Supporting creation of new tools and processes under the guidance of a Benefit Strategist in relation to new and existing business needs • Supporting and presenting at external meetings with clients and consultants • Peer reviewing financial modeling and reputed company materials • Modeling and forecasting plan performance for new clients • Providing renewal & forecast support for existing clients • Evaluating individual employer and book-of-business performance Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative discipline • 3+ years of experience in a health benefit financial/pricing role • Familiarity with health plan analytic principles, practices, and techniques to interpret plan experience and utilization data • Data manipulation and presentation skills, including MS reputed company & PowerPoint • Proven ability and desire to build relationships externally while collaborating with sales teams reputed company-to-haves • reputed company pursuing actuarial exam reputed company • Experience working as Benefits Consultant for large and jumbo reputed company, preferably in the self-insured employer group market • Proven solid understanding of health insurance and plan design concepts, preferably in the self-insured employer group market • Proven solid presentation and communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to build relationships with HR leaders • Proven ability to reputed company new and emerging situations with efficient and accurate problem solving skills Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Incentive and recognition programs • Equity stock purchase • 401k contribution Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
