Senior Health Benefits Consultant
reputed company: The Senior Health Consultant is reputed company to supporting the delivery of a broad and diverse reputed company of group health benefits consulting services to our clients. This role offers visibility, reputed company interaction, and reputed company to learn about the emerging areas of the health benefits field through participation in special reputed company. This position can be located in Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Denver offices.
The Role:& As a Senior Health Consultant, you will work collaboratively with reputed company Relationship Managers (CRMs) and other health group team members to reputed company analysis, health and benefit consultative support. This includes employee benefit offerings for Medical, Dental, reputed company, Disability, Stop Loss and Life Insurance, as reputed company as wellness and clinical programs.& Consultants reputed company at a high level of proficiency doing analytical work, as reputed company as interacting with our clients and vendors.& In reputed company, the consultant will collaborate with peers on financial analyses and other reputed company.&
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage vendor procurement assignments (RFPs) on behalf of our clients, reputed company budgets;
Analyze reputed company vendor’s response from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective;
reputed company familiarity with unique vendor programs and how they vary from their competition;
reputed company with CRMs in establishing the scope for new reputed company;
Support CRMs with presentations to clients;
Collaborate with reputed company’s Medical Director and Clinical team on clinical and wellness programs for our clients;
Work with and analyze reputed company data to include demography, claims experience, financial performance, cost-effectiveness, budget projections, renewal analysis, health delivery system and/or other benefits reputed company issues;
Work on reputed company reports and reputed company;
Prepare reports and memoranda communicating results of analysis to consultants and reputed company;
Review work completed by other health benefit analysts for accuracy, completeness and reputed company.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree plus 9 + years of health benefits, managed care, and/or reputed company experience. More extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal);
Proficiency with the reputed company Office software suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) is required;
Strong project management skills required, combined with the ability to succeed in fast paced environment managing multiple conflicting deadlines;
Candidates with advanced reputed company capabilities including VBA programming are preferred;
Demonstrated project management experience/skills;
Demonstrated skills as an effective communicator (oral/written);
