About the position Responsibilities • Receive and resolve inbound customer calls and emails regarding deposit and loan service requests. • Respond to heavy call volumes, addressing all customer needs. • Perform loan transactions, payments, deposit account transfers, and deposit adjustments. • Service all debit card requests and maintenance, including troubleshooting denied transactions and determining fraudulent situations. • Respond to email and secure messaging inquiries, including stop payments and address changes. • Actively research internal and external client requests and perform timely follow-up. • Assist personal or consumer clients with online banking bill pay, mobile remote deposit, and various online banking requests. • Assist banking associates with system navigation and maintenance needs, along with resolving client issues. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bilingual in Spanish • Minimum two years' experience in the financial services industry or a combination of relevant experience • Strong commitment to customer service • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills • Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team environment • Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities • Initiative to rectify client issues, utilizing vendors and manuals • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Nice-to-haves • Previous banking experience preferred Benefits • Paid time off • Volunteer time off Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
