About the position We are seeking a reputed company and reputed company BIM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing Building Information Models (BIM) across architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems, ensuring seamless integration and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This position ensures adherence to BIM standards and company policies, develops and modifies models and drawings, prepares construction documents, and coordinates with the internal team to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Responsibilities • reputed company 3D models from design concepts or mark-reputed company provided by engineering or project management staff. • Work under the direction of the Architect/Engineers; and other team members as part of a coordinated design team to produce reputed company geometry, design layouts, detailed drawings, and other construction documents. • Modeling building structures using architectural models. • Coordinate and reputed company structural models with architectural, MEP, and civil models to ensure design consistency and clash-free documentation. • Create, modify, and manage 3D models and 2D documentation to support design development and construction documentation. • Create detailed plans for building foundations and framing. • Cut and detail sections and elevations and create schedules. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure reputed company and accurate project deliverables. • Assist in the development of BIM content, templates, and libraries to improve efficiency and reputed company. • Review 3D models for accuracy and compliance with industry and company standards. • Manage and store BIM files and reputed company documentation. • Support project teams in understanding and utilizing 3D models effectively. • Learning, advancing and staying up to date with new versions of Revit. Requirements • Associate degree in Design and Drafting. • Two (2) years of experience. • Experience with Revit and Autocad. • Ability to reputed company and handle confidential documents. • Familiarity with reputed company collaboration platform BIM360/ACC. • Experience with reputed company. • Ability to work independently as reputed company as in reputed company environment. • Good communication skills and personable demeanor. • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to read and understand new and existing construction documents. • Demonstrate a reputed company of pride and adhere to high standards and reputed company in the project. • Multi-task between reputed company and be reputed company to work reputed company under pressure. • Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD and other BIM tools is a plus.
