Your Impact: • Be the Face of Home Health Care, Inc.: Represent our brand at hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, and community events. • Drive Referral Growth: Develop partnerships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and other key sources. • Educate and Inspire: Present the value of home care through compelling education and outreach. • Coordinate with Clinical Teams: Align sales strategies with intake, field staff, and leadership for a seamless experience. • Analyze and Improve: Track performance, adjust outreach, and find new growth opportunities.
