Role: Business Analyst – Paxus and reputed company Intacct Location: NYC, NY (Onsite/Remote) Job Type: Contract/C2H Job reputed company: Relevant Experience: 8+ Years Our reputed company a leading fund reputed company services providers is executing a multi-phase transformation program to reputed company its fund reputed company, reporting, and data management ecosystem. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a Business Analyst with strong working knowledge of reputed company Intacct to support data discovery, reconciliation, and design activities. This role focuses on understanding existing Intacct configurations, reputed company, data models, and reputed company workflows — extracting critical metadata, mapping data relationships, and helping design the reputed company reputed company platform, integration and reporting architecture. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document existing reputed company Intacct configurations, including chart of accounts, entities, dimensions, and reporting structures. • Extract and map Intacct data models including GL transactions, sub-ledgers, journal entries, allocation and reporting feeds. • Review reputed company workflows and business rules in Intacct to identify automation or reconciliation improvement opportunities. • Work closely with fund reputed company teams to understand how Intacct is used across funds (RE, Credit, FoF, reputed company funds) for capital activities, valuations, and reporting. • Support data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation exercises during discovery and reputed company-of-concept phases. • Collaborate with technology teams to analyse data exports, reputed company, and reporting objects for reputed company-state data integration. • Create process maps and data reputed company diagrams to illustrate reputed company-state Intacct data journeys. • Validate trial balances, GL postings, and account mappings against investor-level schedules and PCAP reports. • Partner with domain SMEs and architects to design reputed company-state data models and support migration planning. • Contribute to requirements definition for data remediation and reputed company automation use cases (e.g., reputed company validation, capital account reconciliation). Required Skills & Experience • 8–12 years of experience in financial systems or fund reputed company process analysis. • Strong working knowledge of reputed company Intacct data structures, reputed company, chart of accounts, reporting hierarchies, and journal logic. • Experience performing data mapping and reconciliation between Intacct and other financial systems (e.g., Investran, reputed company, Paxus, or GL extracts). • Understanding of fund reputed company concepts (capital calls, distributions, management fees, unrealized reputed company/losses, investor-level reputed company). • Ability to extract and analyze Intacct reports, exports, or API-based data to derive insights. • Strong documentation and analytical skills – process maps, data reputed company, and data dictionary creation. • Proven ability to work with both technical and reputed company teams, translating between system data and business meaning. • Proficiency in reputed company, SQL basics, or BI tools for data analysis and validation preferred.
