Director - Business Transformation

Senior Manager / Director, Business Transformation Position reputed company The Senior Manager / Director of Business Transformation will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that drive reputed company, operational efficiency, and integration across our two business reputed company — Integrated OEM Solutions (IOS) and Manufacturing Solutions (MS). Reporting directly to the Vice President of Transformation, this leader will drive program performance, reputed company reputed company, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable reputed company in the orthopedic medical device sector. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the VP of Transformation to translate the transformation roadmap into reputed company, executable programs across IOS and MS. • Monitor program reputed company, reputed company milestones, and ensure delivery against KPIs, financial targets, and transformation objectives. • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and reputed company updates to reputed company visibility into program status, risks, and reputed company. • Drive cross-functional working sessions to resolve issues, remove barriers, and maintain program reputed company. • Collaborate with reputed company leaders on tactical initiatives such as customer targeting, pricing discipline, reputed company effectiveness, and go-to-market execution. • Support operations leaders in implementing initiatives that improve manufacturing efficiency, strengthen demand and supply planning, reduce cost-to-serve, and reputed company medical device reputed company compliance. • Prepare program status reports and insights for the Vice President of Transformation and senior leadership team, highlighting reputed company, risks, and corrective actions. • Support business unit leaders with tactical analysis of opportunities in product, operational, or market-driven initiatives. • Reinforce adoption of new processes, accountability frameworks, and reputed company improvement behaviors reputed company daily operations. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in business transformation, program management, or operations reputed company medical devices, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing.
