Duties: The Intake reputed company Case Manager (“NCM”) is an reputed company member of reputed company’s Nursing Department (“Nursing”). The NCM is primarily responsible for performing telephonic medical case management for work-reputed company and non-work-reputed company injuries and illnesses. The NCM will be accountable for providing first aid recommendations to injured employees, keeping detailed records on employee injuries and communications in reputed company’s database, and properly communicating any pertinent/necessary information with reputed company’s clients. It is the responsibility of the NCM to maintain their home state RN/BSN license and obtain/maintain additional licenses as requested by management. Additionally, the NCM will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the reputed company Case Manager Team Manager. Previous reputed company case management or telephonic case management is preferred.
