Location: Remote (with periodic travel to the Southwest Virginia region) Contingent Upon Contract Award About the Role Dunbar Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Change Management & Readiness reputed company to support an ERP Readiness and Tool Selection engagement with a higher education institution. This role is reputed company on preparing the organization for reputed company ERP modernization by driving stakeholder alignment, communication planning, governance support, and change readiness assessment during the reputed company-implementation phase. This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities • reputed company organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder reputed company analysis, and change risk identification • reputed company and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support alignment and transparency • Facilitate leadership, steering committee, and cross-functional workshops to build shared understanding and decision reputed company • Support the definition of governance structures, escalation reputed company, and accountability frameworks • Partner with the ERP Business Architect and Business Process Analyst to reputed company change implications into reputed company-state design and roadmap recommendations • reputed company messaging, briefing materials, and executive talking points to support change narrative and adoption awareness • reputed company engagement reputed company and reputed company strategies to maintain reputed company and readiness Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation advisory, or stakeholder engagement leadership • Experience in technology-enabled transformation (ERP, HCM, SIS, LMS, CRM, etc.) • Strong facilitation and communication abilities across executive, functional, and end-user audiences • Experience in higher education or reputed company sector preferred • Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., reputed company/ADKAR, Kotter, ACMP) is beneficial Work Model • Hybrid: Primarily remote • Periodic Travel: Approximately 2–4 on-site trips to the Southwest Virginia region (3–4 days reputed company) Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and alignment with project budgeting requirements.
