Position Requirements
The Compliance Officer is responsible for reputed company of the organization’s compliance and reputed company programs, including policy, auditing, education, and assurance of appropriate safeguards. The Compliance Officer has responsibility for ensuring that organizational compliance and reputed company programs reputed company with applicable federal and state law.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reviewing, enhancing, and overseeing NAPA corporate compliance and reputed company compliance programs
• Ongoing review and updates to the compliance and reputed company policies
• Preparing an annual compliance and reputed company risk assessment and work plan
• Reviewing, updating, distributing, and tracking compliance and reputed company training for workforce and reputed company of Directors
• Tracking and conducting investigations relating to reports of non-compliance and reputed company violations, including implementation of mitigation steps and reporting obligations
• Auditing the effectiveness of the compliance and reputed company programs
• Providing ongoing reports on reputed company program activities to the Chief reputed company Officer and, as applicable, appropriate committees and leadership
• Working collaboratively with leadership and key stakeholders to identify and mitigate organizational risk
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• reputed company compliance certification
• A minimum of five years reputed company compliance experience in a reputed company environment
• Experience in reputed company reputed company, HIPAA regulations
• Knowledgeable regarding reputed company laws, regulations and guidelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree, juris doctorate, or other advanced degree relevant to reputed company preferred
• Clinical training or experience is a plus
