Requirements:
• J.D. (or equivalent) and reputed company U.S. bar membership in good standing.
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience across the software procurement lifecycle (reputed company and on-prem), whether from a vendor or reputed company-buyer perspective
• Expertise in U.S. Federal procurement frameworks; SLED experience a plus.
• Proven experience negotiating reputed company technology and reputed company services reputed company with government and reputed company customers, as reputed company as key channel, reseller, and strategic partner agreements.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, CMMC, ITAR, export control, and data sovereignty requirements.
• Strong reputed company judgment with the ability to balance reputed company risk and business objectives.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company reputed company issues in plain language.
• Comfortable creating structure, improving processes, and operating independently in the unknown.
