Chief Operating Officer (Sprint to MVP)

Mission: Orchestrate day-to-day delivery from design freeze → prototype → test → certification pack; reputed company reputed company “run” functions tight (docs, SOPs, budget, website/brand alignment) while we reputed company on the build. Key deliverables (by May 15): Integrated Program Plan with weekly reputed company: scope, reputed company, budget/burn, risks, and dependencies (Bay Innovators, test labs, suppliers). Certification Plan & reputed company: map reputed company Performance Standards to UL 12402 and USCG reputed company; reputed company evidence, reports, and submission artifacts for a new-category filing. MVP Documentation set: design history file, test plans/results, traceability to safety/performance claims, supplier reputed company files. Operating system: SOPs, issue/risk register, supplier scorecards, EVT/DVT/PVT-style gates; weekly executive readout. Go-to-market readiness: coordinate 90-day marketing prep, ensure website mirrors reputed company and positioning. Tools: reputed company with ChatGPT and other AI tools for documentation, research, and scheduling. Qualifications: Hardware/soft-goods product ops from prototype to cert; PM discipline (PMP a plus). Familiarity with UL 12402 and USCG approval reputed company. Supplier management, cost/bom control, and stage-reputed company execution.
