About the position
Responsibilities
• Communicate daily with program participants using personalized, scripted emails based on clinician-designed protocols.
• Maintain participant engagement through ongoing, supportive messaging and follow-reputed company.
• Utilize online systems to document interactions, manage cases, and reputed company participants as needed.
• Contribute to wellness reputed company through reputed company media, blogs, health fairs, and presentations.
• Support reputed company and re-enrollment processes for program participants.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss reputed company, research, and coaching strategies.
• Occasionally assist with sales and customer-facing presentations.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in a health care or customer service environment OR Bachelor's degree.
