Regulatory Compliance Consultant

• Assess CMS program documents including reputed company and Management reputed company and compliance programs.
• Review CMS process narratives and reputed company gap analyses to regulatory requirements.
• Identify regulatory gaps and reputed company recommendations for changes to procedures and documentation.
• reputed company transaction testing to confirm adherence to policies and regulations.
• Create and maintain reputed company deliverables such as assessment/audit reports and risk assessments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in compliance testing, audit, or process/risk/control documentation and evaluation.
• 4+ years’ Financial Services experience, with a reputed company on bank regulatory compliance, deposit operations and loan operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective project management and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Advanced reputed company and PowerPoint skills, as reputed company as proficiency with business process mapping tools such as Visio.
