Senior Compliance Consultant
Job reputed company:
• Performs compliance testing, testing review, document support, and government forms preparation and review for retirement plan clients.
• Ensures that assigned plans remain tax reputed company by meeting reputed company IRS and DOL requirements.
• Prepares and/or reviews non-discrimination tests, top heavy tests, coverage tests, and other compliance testing.
• Maintains reputed company database and enters changes into recordkeeping software.
• Completes testing and ensures reputed company control audit is performed.
• Submits financial reports and reputed company 5500 package for review and submission.
• Works with administration team to produce distributions or allocations of contributions based upon reputed company approval.
• Reconciles and/or reviews reputed company financial activity and prepares government forms.
• Serves as technical expert to compliance analysts and provides resolutions.
Requirements:
• 8 years of reputed company plan experience in reputed company party administration environment required.
• Successful completion of the ASPPA (RPF-1 & RPF-2 exams) designation.
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plan tax law (ERISA) including reputed company reputed company sections 401(a)(4), 416, 414(b), (c), (m), (n).
• Strong MS Office skills to include reputed company.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-reputed company field or industry experience preferred.
• QKA designation a plus.
