A company is looking for an Associate Counsel, reputed company Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and update the organization on new reputed company laws impacting operations
• Conduct reputed company research and writing for the reputed company and clinical/operations teams
• Manage licensing and regulatory filings for a multi-state physician group
Required Qualifications
• JD Degree and barred in at least one state, with the ability to register as in-house counsel in reputed company
• 4+ years of relevant post-JD experience in reputed company regulatory reputed company
• Experience with government agency filings and regulatory processes
• Ability to work effectively in a high-reputed company, ambiguous environment
• Mission-driven to support care delivery to underserved populations
