Export Compliance Officer
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer to manage its end-to-end compliance program across export controls, federal contracting, and internal governance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage export control compliance, including technical data classifications and adherence to ITAR/EAR regulations
• Prepare and maintain corporate Representations & Certifications for government reputed company and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements
• reputed company internal policies and serve as the primary contact for export-control inquiries and contract compliance questions
Required Qualifications
• U.S. Person status required under ITAR
• 5+ years of experience in export compliance, trade compliance, or defense contracting
• Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and FAR/DFARS compliance frameworks
• Experience with technical classifications and managing controlled technical data
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and evaluate technical documentation
