Social Content Creator – TikTok
Job Description:
• Plan, create, and publish original photo, video, and written content optimized for each social platform, reflecting BIOptimizers’ tone, style, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Organic Social Manager and Design team to align social content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep BIOptimizers’ content fresh, relevant, and high-performing.
• Maintain organized content calendars and ensure consistent posting cadence aligned with strategic priorities.
• Track performance metrics and collaborate with the social team to refine creative approaches based on insights.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas that strengthen brand storytelling and community engagement.
• Ensure all published content adheres to compliance and brand standards across all platforms.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience creating social media content for a consumer brand, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or performance nutrition.
• Proficiency in short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts), basic photo/video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, among others).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience behaviors.
