YouTube Manager & Content Strategist with a proven track

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced YouTube Manager & Content Strategist with a proven track record of handling and growing YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience managing YouTube accounts and must be skilled in creating, strategizing, and executing both long-form and short-form video content for YouTube. This role requires someone who understands YouTube’s algorithms, keyword optimization, analytics, and viral growth strategies. You will be responsible for channel growth, audience engagement, and maximizing visibility through organic and paid strategies. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and content trends. • Knowledge of video content planning, storytelling, and audience retention strategies. • Expertise in YouTube Analytics, CTR improvement, and watch-time optimization. • Familiarity with viral strategies and building subscriber communities. • Experience with YouTube Ads and campaign optimization. • Experience with a kid’s YouTube channel is preferred. • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs. • Create, edit, and manage high-quality visual and written content across multiple channels including websites, social media, and marketing materials. • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce engaging multimedia content. • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and management. • Oversee post-production processes including video editing, photo editing, motion graphics creation, and graphic design tasks. • Manage content across various Content Management Systems (CMS) ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging. Skills • * Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels. • * Successfully handled at least 2–3 YouTube accounts in the past. Responsibilities • Develop and execute content strategies for long-form and short-form YouTube videos. • Plan and implement channel growth strategies aligned with brand goals. • Perform keyword research, SEO optimization, and metadata management for videos. • Upload, schedule, and manage video content with proper titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and end screens. • Track, analyze, and report on YouTube Analytics to improve reach, engagement, and performance. • Implement viral strategies to increase subscribers and viewership. • Collaborate with creative teams for script ideas, video production, and editing direction. • Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. • Manage and optimize YouTube ads campaigns for growth and lead generation. • Responsible for lead generation from YouTube. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels. • Successfully handled at least 2–3 YouTube accounts in the past. Nice to have • Basic knowledge of video editing tools. • Experience in influencer collaborations or YouTube partnerships. • Familiarity with other social media growth strategies (Instagram, Shorts, etc.).
