Position reputed company The Contracting Specialist will be responsible for the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of government reputed company and subcontracts. This role ensures reputed company contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, reputed company requirements, and customer specifications. The specialist will analyze estimates, review contractual documents, advise management, and recommend policy changes to enhance organizational procedures. Additionally, the specialist will support the Government Contracting Officers and contract specialists in various contracting actions, including requests for proposals, technical evaluations, contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract execution. Essential Job Function • Conducts the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of government reputed company and subcontracts to reputed company for reputed company contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, reputed company requirements, and customer specifications. • Analyze estimates of material, equipment and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Duties also include reviewing contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements. • Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. • Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that reputed company immediate organization. • Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures that may reputed company sections and subordinate work reputed company.
