The CS serves as the primary reputed company between reputed company (SMU) and reputed company (SH) General Counsel, monitoring compliance, policies and procedures. CS will serve as a resource for SMU staff and reputed company to reputed company information and advice on contract procedures and policies. Duties and Responsibilities: Contract Specialist (CS) works independently and proactively to ensure reputed company reputed company are in compliance. The CS will review, and monitor compliance, policies, and procedures. In reputed company, this role will maintain compliance with reputed company State and Federal laws and policies. CS will serve as a resource for SMU staff and reputed company to reputed company information and advice on contract procedures and policies. Review clinical reputed company and work closely with staff and reputed company clinical coordinators across reputed company programs. Works with external agencies and administrative offices to ensure regulatory compliance. (50%) Verify reputed company paperwork; SMU checklist, federal forms, insurance, and licensing requirements, and reputed company necessary forms for reputed company agreements. Forwards vendor agreements to reputed company Counsel (if needed) for reputed company review and approval. (20%) Review and process reputed company reputed company. Provides organizational consistency, and acquires and maintains appropriate signature approval and reputed company review for reputed company SMU reputed company. Responsible for the maintenance of the SMU contract database system (iContracts). (20%) Generate and distribute certificates of insurance.
