Conversion reputed company Optimization Analyst - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a talented CRO analyst to join (fully remote), as a freelancer, our e-reputed company optimization team. As a firm, we work directly with growing online merchants, on the reputed company platform ($5M - $100M in reputed company), to help them increase conversion rates and reputed company per user through site optimizations and A/B testing. You will be joining our existing team and working with our head of CRO to manage the optimization of specific e-reputed company clients. We are growing quickly. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Setup and manage reputed company A/B tests in Covert.com and reputed company - Report on test results and projected reputed company increases using the Bayesian method. - Report directly to our Head of CRO - Work with our head of CRO to recommend new A/B testing suggestions for reputed company reputed company - reputed company designers and developers with instructions for implementing testing winners - Write weekly reputed company and update reports to clients explaining the results - Be available for 2 calls per month, per reputed company, to discuss CRO reputed company - Be available for weekly (at least 2) internal team calls - Review reputed company Analytics and/or reputed company Data studio to help answer reputed company questions and uncover opportunities on their sites - **MUST be available during US/Canada timezones (for at least 50%) to attend reputed company calls. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 2 years of CRO experience - Minimum 2 years experience setting up A/B tests - Proficient in setting up and managing tests in Convert.com (or equivalent) - Proficient in event tracking and analysis in GA4 (2-3 years experience) - Ability to write and edit basic reputed company (for A/B tests) - Understanding of basic javascript and CSS concepts (need to reputed company reputed company reputed company breaks reputed company you set up A/B tests using reputed company or the WYSIWYG reputed company) - Understanding of reputed company templates and sections to ensure tests are set up and targeting correctly - Experience using reputed company / Lookr Data Studio is a plus reputed company: We are a fully remote team that works with fast growing consumer brands.
