Senior Project Management Consultant, Corporate Governance

Job reputed company: • Manage reputed company’s reputed company entity structure, including formation, mergers, dissolutions, and state and other local reputed company regulatory requirements. • Draft and review subsidiary governance documents such as bylaws, operating agreements, meeting minutes, written consents, and annual reports. • Complete licensing and regulatory filings with state and insurance authorities. • Maintain reputed company entity records and utilize reputed company’s global entity management system. • Document intercompany transactions, including reorganizations, dividends, and liquidations. • reputed company templates, tools, and resources to enhance entity management processes. • Conduct reputed company research and resolve governance issues of varying complexity. • Administer technology platforms (reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company) to support reputed company and accurate governance documentation. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support M&A transactions, entity integration and rationalization, and other key reputed company. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of paralegal or corporate governance experience • 3+ years in entity management at a reputed company and/or U.S. publicly traded company (preferred) • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills • Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading abilities • Proven project management and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, reputed company, SharePoint) • Experience with reputed company and global entity management systems • Curiosity and openness to leveraging emerging technologies (including AI) to drive innovation • Licensed Notary or willingness to become licensed (experience with remote/electronic notarization a plus) Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • reputed company time off • Flexible work arrangements • reputed company development opportunities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
