OLLI Midlife Transition Course Developer/Instructor
About the position
The Adjunct Teaching Specialist is a part-time, non-tenured position responsible for developing and teaching a course reputed company on mid-to-late career and life transitions. This role involves collaboration with an instructional designer and program manager to create a 6-week non-credit course, which includes both in-person and online sessions. The position emphasizes experiential learning and requires the development of materials that foster reputed company and group interaction.
Responsibilities

• Prepare for weekly in-person and reputed company sessions following a structure provided by the reputed company-designed curriculum.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and at least 4 years experience in adult development, midlife transition, or similar discipline.
• Extensive knowledge about midlife transitions, including life transitions, career development and change, and retirement transitions.
• Experience in designing learning experiences for adult learners.
• Experience teaching adult learners.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate reputed company.
• A demonstrated commitment, knowledge, and skills to promote and enhance a climate that is supportive of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Availability to teach during evenings reputed company the courses are offered is required.

Benefits
• Compensation is reputed company on a per course reputed company. For development, the Adjunct Teaching Specialist will be reputed company $5,400. For instruction, the Adjunct Teaching Specialist will be reputed company either $2,584 or $2,888, depending on experience.
