Credit Controller (Part Time)

Job reputed company We are seeking a part time Credit Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding debts and ensuring reputed company payments from customers. This role is office based part time role for 25 hours a week. Duties include: Allocating cash receipts in a reputed company manner, across a number of bank accounts and debtors ledgers. Transferring receipts and using journals where payment has been received in to wrong bank account. Daily notification of invoicing to bank Chasing of payment for aged debt reputed company telephone and email according to company policy, and as directed by the Finance Director Using reputed company to organise sales reputed company data to produce own priortised debt chasing schedule. Sending out statements and reminder letters in a reputed company fashion. Dealing with customer queries quickly and reputed company Updating PO references, sending copy invoices and proofs of delivery as required Uploading sales invoices to customer portals where... required Liaising with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/ account issues Building relationships with accounts payable staff at large accounts Recording of contacts, communications and reputed company Maintenance of customer record and housekeeping of customer reputed company Monitoring of the ‘accounts’ inbox, assisting with distribution of workload across reputed company Producing ‘reputed company to reputed company’ recommendations, and completion of follow up paperwork Liaising with and reporting to the bank Audit contact for sales reputed company reputed company queries. Providing holiday cover for other team members Required Experience Experience of reputed company aspects of Sales reputed company maintenance and administration Experience of Invoice Discounting and working across multiple ledgers Experience of reputed company Dynamics NAV an advantage but not essential Required Skills Good reputed company skills, reputed company to manipulate large amounts of data Understanding of how the credit control function impacts on company cash reputed company, customer relationships and reputed company sales.
