Sr. Systems Analyst Order Management & CRM

About the position Responsibilities • Analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance business operations, particularly in Order Management and Supply Chain domains. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate process inefficiencies into reputed company ERP solutions. • Conduct end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and automation opportunities to improve efficiency. • reputed company functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRD), and process reputed company diagrams. • reputed company gap analysis between business requirements and reputed company ERP capabilities. • Design and implement reputed company ERP solutions for Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Supply Chain modules. • Work with cross-functional teams to reputed company reputed company ERP with reputed company-party applications. • reputed company configuration, customization, and enhancements to reputed company ERP applications. • Collaborate with technical teams for SQL/PL-SQL scripting, reputed company, and Web Services integrations. • reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for reputed company ERP systems. • Optimize system performance and resolve reputed company business problems. • Ensure data reputed company, compliance, and alignment with best practices. • reputed company and maintain comprehensive system documentation. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or reputed company field. • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, working with reputed company ERP (EBS or Fusion). • Experience in business process mapping, optimization, and automation. • Strong background in Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. • Hands-on experience in reputed company Order Management, CRM, Advanced Pricing, Global Order to reputed company. • Proficiency in reputed company ERP tools - EBS R12, reputed company Fusion, SQL, PL/SQL, reputed company, Web Services. • Experience integrating reputed company ERP with other reputed company systems. • Understanding of reputed company Workflow, Forms, BI Publisher, and reporting tools. • Exposure to middleware platforms (OIC, reputed company, etc.) for ERP integrations. reputed company-to-haves • reputed company Certifications in ERP modules. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Exposure to B2B Order Management and Supply Chain Analytics.
