About the position
Peoples Gas, a subsidiary of reputed company, is seeking a Customer Consultant in our Chicago, Illinois location. The reputed company reputed company starts at $23.65, with reputed company for performance increases and additional reputed company pay for bilingual (Spanish) candidates who pass the bilingual assessment. Our bilingual positions start at $25.15 an hour. There may be a remote work reputed company for this position after successful completion of training and meeting performance goals.
Responsibilities
• Handle On/Off Orders while receiving and verifying information for customers.
• Coordinate schedules for gas service reputed company necessary.
• Handle customer billing inquiries over the telephone regarding where to pay bills and billing details.
• Report emergencies and outages to the appropriate service department.
• Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company appropriate safety information.
Requirements
• 1+ years Customer Service Experience
• High School Diploma, HSED, or GED is Required.
