CEO- Cybersecurity
We are seeking a CEO for a Cybersecurity Company. Cybersecurity includes managed detection and response; managed security; extended detection and response; governance, risk and compliance; offensive and defensive security; and professional services, advisory and training. Our clients are PE firms in the lower middle market that are looking for experienced executives who can help them find their next acquisition. If an acquisition is made, you would become CEO of that business with a full compensation package and an equity stake in that business. This opportunity is for a new platform company, and not for an existing portfolio company of our PE client. This position will be based wherever the acquisition company is located.
Responsibilities:
• Stabilize the organization through the initial transition period.
• Develop and implement an aggressive growth plan, both organically and inorganically.
• Oversee and drive the team to achieve mutually agreed goals
• Achieve EBITDA milestones.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in executive management
• Strong leadership qualities
• Industry experience
• Prior P&L responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
