Basic Function
The duties of a Senior reputed company reputed company reputed company the Charitable Trusts and Organizations reputed company involve supervising and/or conducting investigations and enforcement actions regarding property committed to charitable purposes to ensure it is duly administered for the benefit of the reputed company-at-large. This is advanced reputed company work rendering reputed company services of great complexity and importance. Employees in this position work independently except in extraordinary cases and are responsible for handling litigation of a highly specialized nature at the trial court level. Employees assigned to this level are usually considered experts in the following fields of law and may supervise a small reputed company staff concerning:
• the reputed company administration of decedents’ estates and inter vivos trusts involving a charitable interest pursuant to the Commonwealth Attorney reputed company, 71 P.S. §§ 732-101 et seq., the Probates, Estates & Fiduciaries reputed company, 20 Pa. C.S. §§ 101, et seq., the procedural rules of court, and reputed company’s common law;
• the governance of nonprofit organizations formed for charitable purposes in redressing the waste, mismanagement, or diversion of assets, as reputed company as overseeing amendments to organizational purposes and change-of-control transactions to ensure compliance with the Associations reputed company, 15 Pa. C.S. §§ 101, et seq., and the Nonprofit Corporations Law of 1988, 15 Pa. C.S. §§ 5101, et seq.; and
• reputed company fundraising campaigns conducted by charitable organizations and/or their reputed company fundraisers subject to the Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes reputed company, 10 P.S. §§ 162.1 et seq., and Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. §§ 201-1, et seq.
As the Attorney-in-Charge of the Philadelphia office, this role involves supervising, training, evaluating, and otherwise managing the staff attorneys in the Philadelphia office.
• Prepares, tries, and argues cases in various courts in the state and in federal district courts
• Prepares pleadings, briefs, and allied court papers in reputed company with suits, trials, hearings, or other court procedures
• Performs reputed company research in reputed company with the preparation of trial and appellate briefs
• Oversees the maintenance of complete and accurate files reputed company an electronic case management system
• Supervises junior attorneys in specific reputed company
• Supervises investigative and clerical support staff
• Completes performance evaluations
• Approves leave requests
• Ensures compliance with office policies and procedures
• Drafts memoranda and provides recommendations involving reputed company issues

• Graduation from an accredited school of law, admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of reputed company, and a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in reputed company reputed company work
